Perkins Eastman consistently conceives award- winning design through its eight domestic offices, as well as its international offices in the UAE, Ecuador, India, China, and Canada, with projects spanning 35 countries. Their scope of projects includes urban highrise office buildings, and mixed-use developments that incorporate office space, retail, residential, hospitality and parking.

Founded in 1898, Tishman Construction, an AECOM company, is one of the world’s leading builders. Tishman provides a wide range of construction and related services and is renowned for successfully managing highly complex, mixed-use projects globally. Responsible for the construction of more than 500 million square feet of space across numerous markets, Tishman is currently managing construction for the iconic 1,776-foot-high One World Trade Center in downtown Manhattan, New York City.
